All change is hard at first, messy in the middle, gorgeous at the end. whenever we are learning or installing a new habit, it would be really really hard to start at first but believe in ourselves and continue to what we are and what we wish you do. Because it is easy to quit and hard to continue.

Continue at all costs. Persistency sits at the threshold of mastery. As we saw earlier, our key habit is going to take time to become our signature. make sure we are not compromising on our signature habits.

Part-time commitment truly does deliver part-time results. Be honest to ourselves and to our thoughts. Make sure we are regular with the key habits that are going to transform our world.

Dreams and Desires are just wishbones. Rising before daybreak is your backbone to get them done. Until we work on our dreams and desires, its always going to remain in our thoughts and does not transform our life as we dream.

Procrastination is an act of self- hatred. We all love ourselves, thing which we all know but then realize that we are hating ourselves by skipping the work by saying "Lets try tomorrow". what if that turns out to be "never"?.

Quality of your private life won't transform by simply raising at 5AM alone. Its not just rising early that makes this regime so powerful. There are habits which are to be followed to make sure that your morning practice transform your life.

Impossible is mostly the untried and that knows of your hidden reservoirs of luminosity, audacity and love. Embrace the impossible.

Calm performers are the highest achievers. Being calm in all ups and downs is a skill and accept them with the smile on your face
